The Contact Us part places a pre-designed form onto the page. Visitors to your site can use this form to easily send a message to the site Admins.

If the user is already logged in to the site, then their information will be pre-populated. If they are unknown to the system, it will automatically save their details as a registered user allowing you to automatically build up your known visitors list.
