Beyonds unique advanced features sets it apart from other self managed systems.

Unlike other systems, Beyond does not require any prior knowledge of web design, HTML or graphic design. Beyond gives you total freedom to build a web presence, with multiple intranets or extranets in any way that you require. There are no limits to the number of pages or how they can be layed out. It has been designed to be as easy and intuitive to use as any other everyday office program.

Professionally designed to look the way you want

Designed by our professional graphics designers, your unique Visual Architecture contains all the elements required to maintain a high quality and consistent look. All you have to think about is your content, your messaging, and the task in hand; the Visual Architecture takes care of making you look good.

Using our Page-Part-Publish method:

• Create a page and set the properties. These properties range from its name, release date, groups of users that can view the page and Meta Data to aid search engines.
• Select the Parts required for the page and Drag and Drop them into position.
• Add your content, images, files and business messages.
• Finally, once you’ve finished your content, the Workflow system handles the approval process and timed activation if chosen.

Beyond doesn't use templates

Other CMS systems are template based. Either the system comes with templated design as a starting point, or you will need a web designer to design page templates for you. Either way, this is a limitation and can contribute to increased running costs and reduced efficiency of your system.

Beyond has no templates, our advanced Drag and Drop feature lets you place intelligent Parts where you want them on the page. Beyond does the rest for you, including setting widths and layout. Beyonds unique Visual Architecture approach gives you professional a graphical environment to work within.

Multi-lingual support

Beyond supports multiple languages . You can mix languages on a page. Unlike other systems our menu tabs can display in multiple languages. Multi Lingual spell checking is included too. Even the menu can be flipped to operate Right to Left to support languages that read this way.
