Not only does Beyond let you add or change content at any time and from anywhere, it also allows you to schedule content for release or withdrawal. Content can also be targeted at individuals or groups of users.

Content delivered at the time you want

Content added within a part can be scheduled for release. The content scheduling tab allows a date to be set when the content will be visible on the page. Whole pages can also be scheduled for release using the Page Release feature.

Targeted content or targeted downloads

Beyonds Business Engines can also deliver targeted content. Each Engine does a different job, but as an example, the File Exchange Engine delivers files and documents directly to individuals. It informs them that they have information waiting for download, so they can retrieve it from their own My Profile section. A notification is sent once they download the content.
