Forms & Surveys engine

Easily create simple or complex forms

and store the results in a secure database

The Forms and Surveys engine lets you create intelligent forms using a form building tool, no programming is required. Forms can be used for activities such as gathering customer information, taking orders, surveying, seeking opinions, etc. The administration side of the system allows for sophisticated analysis and drill down ofthe information gathered.

The engine consists of a form creation utility and a series of management screens that allow you to view the results of your forms and surveys. All information is stored in your secure database as well as emailed to an address of your choosing. Multiple forms can be in use at any one time and you can remove a form from a page whilst keeping the data it captured in your database.

You build your form or survey using a series of questions and answers. You can use radio buttons, text boxes, drop down boxes and check boxes or HTML. You can pre-populate answers or leave them as boxes in which to enter text. You can move the questions around until you are happy. The forms use your Visual Architecture so they always look good on your site.

If your form is configured as a survey, you may wish to display a result only after the user has given their view so that it doesn’t influence the way they answer.

Making the user login prior to completing the form stops a form being completed multiple times by the same person. This is useful for instances such as voting.

The security database governs who can view the results and the granularity of those results. Results can be viewed graphically and can be ‘drilled down’ to examine in more depth.
