The File Exchange Engine is a secure managed document distribution system for downloading and uploading files to and from named users. You can leave documents for individuals or groups and have them notified via email that they have something waiting for them. The user logs into the system and finds the waiting documents under their ‘My Profile’ section. Only they have access to this area, allowing you to be able to target specific information at individuals.

Once the file is retrieved you are informed via email which can provide an audit trail. This may facilitate any legal or process requirements you have regarding the distribution of information.
